Replace Drain pan for furnace
Upon arrival I completed the Tune-Up and Safety Check. I visually inspected the unit. I checked the voltage, amps and pressures. I completed combustion analysis. I cycled and monitored the system. The system is operating normally at this time.
Ac repair system not cooling
I completed a tune-up and safety check on clients air conditioner. Assuming that refrigerant levels were not correct when homeowners moved in December 2019. Also stated we could come back to do a leak check for each system. Client is going to think and discuss there plan of at a later time.
I replaced clients old system with a new Five Star 14 SEER 2 Ton Heat Pump and a Five Star 2 Ton Multi-Speed Air Handler.
